As Chief Digital Officer, Jennifer leads digital and social integration, overseeing digital strategy, UX and website development, AI integration, technology and data, and social content. She also leads Project Management, shaping how work is structured, scaled, and delivered through modern operating models that enable ambitious ideas to move faster and perform better.
Jennifer has built her entire career at Merkley+Partners, a rare and deliberate path that reflects long-term client trust and continuous evolution. She has led high-impact work for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including the launch of JetBlue Airways, the rebrand of the American Museum of Natural History, national campaigns for Arby’s and White Castle, and ongoing, digital, technology, and social initiatives for Mercedes-Benz and Novartis.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and collaborative approach, Jennifer is a relentless client partner who brings strategic rigor to every engagement—balancing complexity with clarity while mentoring the next generation of agency talent.
Jennifer holds a BA in Communications from State University of New York at Albany. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, their two teenagers, and a very large Saint Berdoodle. Outside of work, her passions include cold brew, rosé, weekends split between baseball fields and dance studios, and a lifelong devotion to the New York Yankees.
